Configuring Metadata Limits

Set specific limits for titles, descriptions, and keywords to meet agency requirements.

Quick Configuration#

1. In the Metadata panel, use Change title length, Change description length, or Change keyword count.
2. Enter a new numerical limit or use the arrows to adjust.
3. Click Save to apply.

Global Configuration#

1. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the navigation bar.
2. Select the relevant tab: Titles, Description, or Keywords.
3. Adjust the Maximum Length or Maximum Keywords values.
4. These become the baseline for all images.

Folder-Specific Limits#

1. Select a folder from the folder panel.
2. Click the Settings tab in the right panel.
3. Enable folder-specific settings.
4. Expand the relevant sections and enter custom limits.
5. These override global defaults for that folder.
