Find and Replace

Quickly correct errors or update specific terms across multiple files.

How to Access Find and Replace#

1. Select Your Media: Select the images or videos you want to search through.
2. Open the Tool: Choose Find & Replace from the command palette, or click More options in the bottom action bar and choose Find & Replace.

Using Find & Replace#

In the dialog box:

• Find: Type the word or phrase you want to locate
• Replace with: Type the new word or phrase
• Search In: Choose which fields to search (Title, Description, Keywords)
• Options: Check "Match whole words only" for exact matches

The preview area shows matches found and before/after comparison.

Finalizing the Update#

Once satisfied with the preview:

1. Click "Replace All [X]" where X is the number of matches.
2. All selected images will be updated instantly.
