Global Settings

The Global Settings menu is where you define the default behavior and formatting rules for the entire MetaPhotoAI application. These settings will apply to all images and videos you process unless they are overridden by folder-specific settings.

Accessing Global Settings#

There are two quick ways to open the settings window:

Configuration Tabs#

The settings window is organized into specific categories found in the left sidebar:

General#

Manage interface language, tooltip visibility, and default file import behavior.

Set default copyright and usage terms for all media.

Location#

Define your primary location to be used in editorial captions.

Titles, Descriptions, and Keywords#

Configure default formatting rules:

Advanced#

Access settings for system prompts, batch processing, and upload configurations.

Automatic Saving#

MetaPhotoAI is designed for a seamless workflow. There is no "Save" or "Apply" button.

Note

Any change you make to a field, toggle, or dropdown is immediately and automatically saved. You can safely close the settings window as soon as you have finished your adjustments.
