System Prompts
System Prompts are one of MetaPhotoAI's most powerful features. They allow you to save specific sets of instructions for the AI, which can then be reused across different folders to ensure consistent metadata generation tailored to your exact needs.

Open Settings
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner.
Navigate to System Prompts
In the left sidebar of the Settings window, select the "System Prompts" tab.

Click the "+ Add New Prompt" button.
Name your prompt
Enter a name for your reference (e.g., "Food Photography Style" or "Technical Cataloging").
Write instructions

Open folder settings
Follow steps 1-4 in the "Applying" section above.
Select custom option
Ensure the dropdown is set to "Use Custom (Write Below)."
