System Prompts

Save and reuse specific AI instructions across different folders.

Creating a System Prompt#

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) in the top right.
  2. Select the "System Prompts" tab.
  3. Click "+ Add New Prompt".
  4. Prompt Name: Enter a reference name
  5. Prompt Content: Enter your AI instructions
  6. Click "Save."

Applying a Saved Prompt#

  1. Select the desired folder from the sidebar.
  2. Click the right panel Settings tab.
  3. Enable folder-specific settings.
  4. Expand the System Prompt section.
  5. Select your prompt from the saved prompt dropdown.

Custom One-Time Prompts#

For folder-specific instructions you don't need to save:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
  2. Set dropdown to "Use Custom (Write Below)."
  3. Type your unique instructions directly in the text box.
