Folder-Specific Settings

Customize metadata generation on a folder-by-folder basis.

Enabling Folder Settings#

1. Select the folder to customize from the left sidebar.
2. In the right panel, click the Settings tab.
3. Enable folder-specific settings.
4. Changes in this panel apply only to media within this folder.

Available Options#

• General: Use filenames as "Helper Text"
• Copyright: Folder-specific copyright info
• System Prompt: Advanced AI instructions
• Location: Default location for this folder
• Titles, Descriptions, Keywords: Custom formatting rules and limits

Custom System Prompts#

The System Prompt section lets you guide the AI's creative process:

1. Select a folder and open the right panel Settings tab.
2. Enable folder-specific settings for that folder.
3. Open System Prompt.
4. Select a saved prompt, or choose Use Custom to write your own instructions.
5. Enter your instructions. Example: "Include 'breadman' as a suffix in titles and as a keyword."
6. Generate metadata; the AI will follow your instructions.
