FTP Upload to Stock Agencies

Upload processed images directly to stock agencies via FTP.

Configuring FTP Credentials#

1. Click FTP/SFTP Settings in the toolbar, or click Upload to FTP/SFTP > Manage FTP.
2. Select a host such as Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, or Dreamstime.
3. Enter your username and password from the agency.

Testing Connections#

1. After entering credentials, click "Test Connection."
2. Wait for the status message:
   • Green "Connection successful": Ready to upload
   • Red error: Check credentials and try again
3. Click "Save Host" to store settings.

Uploading Media#

1. Select the image(s) or video(s) in the filmstrip, or choose folder scope in the upload menu.
2. Click Upload to FTP/SFTP in the action bar.
3. Choose Folder or Selected scope.
4. Optionally enable Only ready items.
5. Choose the target agency or Upload to All Hosts.
6. Monitor progress in the Queue tab.

Tracking Upload History#

• Status Icons: A cloud icon appears on uploaded thumbnails
• View History: Click the cloud icon to see which agencies received the file and when
