Exporting to CSV

Export metadata into CSV files for batch-uploading to stock platforms.

How to Export a CSV#

1. Select Media: Highlight files, choose Select All Images, or use a folder-level action where appropriate.
2. Click Export CSV: Locate Export CSV in the bottom action bar.
3. Choose a Template: Use the template buttons such as Adobe Stock, Dreamstime, or Shutterstock.
4. Export: MetaPhotoAI generates the CSV and shows a notification.

Accessing Exported Files#

1. Click the green status notification after exporting.
2. MetaPhotoAI opens your file explorer and highlights the CSV file.
3. Files are named: [Agency]_[FolderName]_[Date].csv

Batch Exporting#

To prepare files for multiple agencies at once:

1. Click Export CSV.
2. Select one or more template checkboxes, or choose Export All Templates.
3. Separate CSV files are generated for the selected templates.
