Custom CSV Templates

Create custom CSV export formats for other platforms or databases.

Accessing the Template Manager#

  • Command Palette: Choose CSV Export Templates
  • Toolbar: Click CSV Export Templates
  • Action Bar: Click Export CSV > Manage Templates
  • Tools Menu: Choose CSV Export Templates

Creating a New Template#

  1. Click "+ New Template".
  2. Template Name: Enter a descriptive name
  3. Agency Name: (Optional) Enter the agency name
  4. Separator: Choose Comma, Semicolon, Tab, or Pipe

Mapping Columns#

  1. Click "+ Add Column" for each field.
  2. Column Name: Enter the header text for your CSV
  3. Select Data Field: Choose from:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Keywords
    • Filename
    • Categories
    • etc.
  4. Click "Save Template."
