Managing Capture Dates

Set or override the capture date for your images.

Changing Date for a Single File#

1. Select the File: Click on the thumbnail in the filmstrip.
2. Open Info Tab: Click the Camera icon (Info tab) in the right panel.
3. Edit Date: Click on the "Capture Date" field.
4. Update: Select the new date and time in the popup.
5. Save: Click "Save" to apply.

Changing Dates in Bulk#

1. Select Multiple Files: Use Shift+Click, Cmd/Ctrl+Click, Select All Images, or a visible range command.
2. Access Bulk Actions: Open the command palette and choose Capture Date, or click More options in the action bar and choose Capture Date.
3. Batch Update: Enter the desired date and click Save.
